Splore Classes are individual classes that typically last 45-60 minutes long and are held through Zoom.

Difficulty level: Beginner

Equipment needed for the class: A pair of light/medium weights and a mat or towel. If you don't have any weights, you can also use water bottles, canned goods, or any household items of the same weight. The class can also be done without any weights. This class can be done in sneakers, grip socks, or barefoot. If working on a harder surface, I recommend sneakers.

This class combines boxing and resistance training all while moving to the beat of the music. The boxing sets will elevate your heart rate and the resistance training will help tone your muscles.

About the coach:

My name is Bern and I have been in the fitness industry for 10 years. I have taught barre and indoor rowing classes and am also trained in SRT and Piloxing SSP and Piloxing Barre. Since the lockdown started, I have been teaching virtual classes for studios as well as running my own cardio boxing and resistance training workouts. I have also started to take dance classes again and continue to take other fitness classes from home. I try to keep my classes fun and energetic, but am also mindful about giving modifications for different clients.
