Class duration: 45mins

  • 5 mins warmup

  • 20 min main workout

  • 15 min mobility and cool down

  • 5 mins mindfulness 

Difficulty Level : beginner, intermediate

The objective of the class is to get a quick effective functional workout and become more mobile, lowering stress, improving posture, increasing strength, lowering risk of injury and reducing back pain.

You will need a mat, your body and your will.
