ABOUT THE CLASS:

A slow-paced, thematic Vinyasa practice where students are encouraged to take the time to explore postures and transitions, and find variations that suit them best. Still beginner-friendly, but more experienced practitioners are welcome too! In every class, there will be space to build strength, and adjust the intensity of the practice depending on the students' individual wants or needs.

DIFFICULTY LEVEL: BEGINNER

Equipment needed for the class: Yoga mat, blocks or blocks substitutes (optional)

ABOUT THE COACH:

Coach Aleli Mesina started her Yoga practice in 2015. She found great appreciation and compassion for her body and mind. Yoga had also allowed her create a habit of mindfulness that helps with stress management, unhealthy thoughts and patterns She took her 200-hour Vinyasa teacher training in 2018 with Anna Carbonell. Her yoga practice continues to teach her to pay more attention to how her body works, taking agency of her body, and honoring what it needs. Creating a habit of mindfulness helps her deal with the ups and downs of life. This is something she hopes to translate and share on and off the mat.
