Zumba is an interval workout. The class moves between high and low intensity dance moves designed to get your heart rate up and boost cardio endurance. In my class you go through multiple genres of dance and music which also features music from all generations. After all the good moves, you come out in a good mood.
About the coach:
I'm Deo and I've been teaching Zumba for about 10 years. I was also a barre fitness instructor which helped reinforce my knowledge in movement and fitness. I have been a staple Zumba instructor for private companies both online and face to face. I've also taught abroad.
