[LM1]Let us use the term “Privacy Notice”.

The National Privacy Commission makes a distinction between “Privacy Notice” and “Privacy Policy”.

“Privacy Notice” tells the people you are collecting personal information that the same will be safe. It also informs them of how their personal information will be used.
