I used to be a workaholic and my life revolved around the office and my home. I started my fitness journey in 2011 with yoga and years later, I grew to love cardio and then resistance exercises. I had no idea that fitness would change my outlook in life and would teach me that there is more to life than work. Movement taught me how to love myself and how to raise my self-esteem. I found my true purpose in life, which is to help others realize their best version.
I discovered Pound in 2017 and it balanced my yoga practice. It helped me release a lot of stress and aggression. It also gave me joy to give others the space to do the same. It's a great way for people to start a fitness regimen because it does not feel like a workout and everyone is given the permission to unleash their inner rockstar!
It also brought me Generation Pound for kids aged 6-12. Aside from teaching kids to move with music, it helps them build confidence at a young age.
