My name is Katia, Certified 200-HR Yoga Teacher and a Level 2 Reiki Practitioner (both taken with White Space Wellness under Eileen Tupaz). As an athlete for a good part of my life, yoga has been my way to balance all the stress I put unto my body for more than ten years, and I can’t imagine what my life would be without it.
Nowadays, we experience all different types of stress that we most often than not are not equipped to deal with properly. With Reiki Healing, it’s my intention to help people develop a healthy relationship with stress. This tool which I’ve recently discovered continues to improve the quality of all aspects of my life, and I hope to share this practice with you all real soon!
