About the class:
Gentle Yoga is a practice that combines breathwork, subtle strengthening and stretching through the entire body. Its pace is slower than the regular Vinyasa class, making it suitable for beginners or those working with limited mobility.
Duration: This express class is only for 35 minutes!
While the usual duration of yoga classes are 60-90 minutes, this special "Express" class makes it easier for busy bodies to fit exercise into their day, while still getting a good stretch and sweat it out!
Difficulty level: Beginner

About the coach:
I am a registered Vinyasa yoga teacher and have been teaching since 2018. I took up my 200-hour teacher training at Yoga+ and have since been teaching private and community yoga sessions, guiding students to manage stress and find a deeper connection with their bodies.
I've also been teaching movement and wellness breaks to corporate employees, through the Genius Break method, to help organizations optimize their team's creativity and performance while preventing burnout and stress.
