This is an introductory class to Coach Noel Agra's Jump Rope Program coming this May! Get the chance to experience a sneak peak to his 4-week program by participating in any (or all!) of his teaser classes every Thursday of the month at 6:00pm.

- Jumprope and Bodyweight workout
- JUMP ROPE NOT REQUIRED for those just looking to get a good workout but highly encouraged for those who'll participate in the program.
