Hi guys! Your coach Noel here. In this program, you will learn about the proper form and foundations of bodyweight workouts like the pushups, squats, planks, etc. We will also incorporate exercises that will benefit in your jump rope journey. The objective of this program is for you to build momentum & consistency.
