ABOUT THE CLASS:

Pilates as an activity is complete coordination of the mind and body. It lengthens and stretches all the major muscle groups in the body in a balanced fashion. It improves flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness. It requires concentration and focus, because you move your body through precise ranges of motion. Pilates has a specific breathing technique pattern designed to aid the movements and muscle activations for each exercise.

Duration: 45-60 minutes including warm-up and cool down routines

DIFFICULTY LEVEL: BEGINNER

Equipment needed for the class: Yoga Mat

ABOUT THE COACH:

I started my career as a movement educator in 2018. I have certifications to teach Pound, Pilates, and Restorative Yoga. I am also an advocate for overall wellness and mental health. I believe that consistency and practicing healthy habits will keep us healthy and happy inside and out.

Fun facts: I am also a licensed Mutual Fund Representative & I have an IG account that sells Inabel products and Essential oils.
