We will be tackling about the more advanced dribbling drills and footwork. while at the same time, focusing on the fundamentals of basketball. This lesson focuses more moves and footwork after the drop.
About the coach:
Coach Nico is a Basketball Skills Trainer. He is the Head Trainer of Simple Grind Training and a trainer at Headstart Sports Academy. He has worked with multiple Philippine National Team - Gilas Pilipinas, PBA, UAAP, and NCAA stars.
