About the class:
Duration: The class itself is 50 minutes long with 10 minutes for warmup and cooldown.
Difficulty Level: Beginner
Equipment needed for the class: Just shoes, a mat, and nice speakers to feel the music
This is a dance fitness class where pop songs are used. This is a good cardio workout. The heart rate reaches the fat burning zone (depending on effort) but people won't realize it because it is a fun class. It is a dance party! Steps are broken down before each song. We'll be dancing to pop songs, hiphop & kpop among others!
