I am a registered Vinyasa yoga teacher and have been teaching since 2018. I took up my 200-hour teacher training at Yoga+ and have since been teaching private and community yoga sessions, guiding students to manage stress and find a deeper connection with their bodies.
I've also been teaching movement and wellness breaks to corporate employees, through the Genius Break method, to help organizations optimize their team's creativity and performance while preventing burnout and stress.
