I started my Yoga practice in 2015. I found great appreciation and compassion for my body and mind. Yoga had also allowed me to create a habit of mindfulness that helps with stress management, unhealthy thoughts and patterns
I took my 200-hour Vinyasa teacher training in 2018 with Anna Carbonell. My yoga practice continues to teach me to pay more attention to how my body works, taking agency of my body, and honoring what it needs. Creating a habit of mindfulness helps me deal with the ups and downs of life. This is something I hope to translate and share on and off the mat.
